Estimated cost of transportation
Generally, you can estimate the cost of transport in the consultation window shopping basket. This estimate does not require pre-registration or login.
Under the summary of your cart, select the country of destination, carriers available and the corresponding charges will be displayed.
The transportation of your parcel
Our deliveries are made 2 to 10 days after receiving your payment. At your command, if possible, a date for delivery will be provided.
We take great care packaging orders. We use sturdy packaging and neutral in order to limit the risk of damage and theft during shipping. Without prejudicing the right of withdrawal, to receive the package, it is your responsibility to check the package and to control the content and where appropriate, to issue immediately with the carrier with the delivery and let us know. Claims are valid only if notified by registered letter addressed to the carrier within 72 hours starting on the receipt. Otherwise, we can not exchange, refund or reship goods damaged or missing.
You can pick up your package at our office (Snootlab 4 avenue Maignan 31200 Toulouse - France), no shipping fees or handling charges will be invoiced. You first must have obtained an email informing you that your order is available and you can pick it up; address and hours are in this email. You have to present your ID if you ordered in your name, your identity, that of the person who ordered and a certificate (example) if you just pick up the package on behalf of our client.
Standard shipping in France is the Colissimo without signature, If you prefer delivery with signature, you have to select this option when ordering an additional cost applies, for any errors, thank you for contacting us as soon as possible once our shipment notification sent, we can no longer intervene on the package.
Standard shipping in Europe is the Colissimo with signature, for any errors, thank you for contacting us as soon as possible once our shipment notification sent, we can no longer intervene on the package.
Shipping outside of Europe is assured by default by Colissimo (EMS), delivered against a signature. Once our shipment notification sent , we can no longer intervene on the package.
Whatever is the destination with Colissimo, we will provide you with a link that lets you online track your package.
You can chose a cheaper shipping method : "International standard mail" (Z1 or Z2 depending on your country) with or without a tracking number. This solution is slower (about 10 days) and can not be insured. The tracking number allow tracking from our office to destination for some countries (Germany, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Spain, Estonie, USA, Finland, Great Britain, Hong-Kong, Ireland, Island, Luxembourg, Malasia, New-Zeland, Netherland, Portugal, Singapour, Sweden, Switzerland) and from our office to France border for the other countries. Do not use this shipping method if your local postal services are not high quality (mail loss).
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will pay postage for each of them.
In the case of oversized parcel carriers for our usual, we will contact you by email with you to find a suitable carrier.
For returns, the customer must first contact our company to obtain a return note and advice to re-shipment. We do not accept returns against default. Packages sent without return slip is systematically rejected by our company and we can not be held responsible for their degradation or loss.
